At the airport
You may choose to check in for your flight with us at the airport. You are required to check-in at the airport in person if you are:
- an unaccompanied minor;
- a Passenger travelling with an infant; or
- a Passenger with special need requirements.
In order to check-in at the airport, please proceed to the check-in counter identified for your departure location:

Satisfactory photo identification
In order to complete your check-in, you must present satisfactory photographic identification at the check-in counter. The following are the only acceptable forms of photographic identification:
- current and valid national passport; or
- motor vehicle driver’s licence issued under a law of the Commonwealth of Australia or an Australian State or Territory; or
- a document that identifies you and is issued by:
- The Commonwealth of Australia; or
- an Australian State or Territory; or
- an authority of the Commonwealth of Australia or an Australian State or Territory; or
- an Aviation security identification card issued by an aircraft or airport Operator.
If you are unable to produce satisfactory photographic identification at the check-in counter, your check-in may be refused. Note that children under the age of 18 travelling with a parent or guardian do not need an appropriate form of identification as long as the parent or guardian has one.
