Link Airways partners with travel agents who provide outstanding service to our mutual customers. Note that our reservations and Electronic Ticketing systems use the Sabre platform.

Flights can be booked as guaranteed ticketing (code FC-441) in the following global distribution systems: Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre. Outside of Australia and New Zealand flights can be booked on HR169 stock and we allow HR169 interline sales in AU and NZ. If you are a Travel Agent and require GDS assistance please contact the relevant help desk:

The help desk will normally respond to your email within 4 business hours. If your email is received during the weekend or a public holiday the help desk will respond to you on the next business day.

Group bookings

Mandatory contact data

The Australian Government has mandated airlines collect the following four data fields for each passenger:

  • Passenger name, mobile phone number, email address and postcode of residence.

Link Airways require that this data – in addition to a passenger’s name – be collected by travel agents through the following special service request (SSR) fields in the Passenger Name Record (PNR):

  • CTCM: mobile phone number.
  • CTCE: email address.
  • DOCA-R: postcode of residence.

Amadeus example:

  • Mobile: SR CTCM-61400123456
  • Email: SR CTCE– FIRSTNAME..LASTNAME//YAHOO.COM
  • Postcode: SR DOCA-R----2000

Galileo example:

  • Mobile: SI.P1/SSRCTCMFCHK1/61400123456
  • Email : SI.P1/SSRCTCEFCHK1/FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME//YAHOO.COM
  • Postcode: SI.SSRDOCAFCHK1/R/AU////2000

Sabre example:
