Whatever the season or occasion a Link Airways gift voucher is the perfect gift for parents, relatives, friends or employees. Link Airways gift vouchers start from as little as AUD $100 and can be purchased by contacting our Call Centre. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and you will receive the gift voucher by email.
Where can I redeem a gift voucher?
You can redeem your gift voucher by contacting our Call Centre. You will need the unique voucher number and the recipient’s name (as shown on the voucher) for redemption. Only the named gift voucher recipient is authorised to make the booking. Link Airways will be unable to redeem any gift voucher if the unique voucher number is not provided. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at our airport check-in counters.
What can I purchase with a Link Airways gift voucher?
A gift voucher can be used to purchase air travel and related ancillary services on any flight operated by Link Airways (note routes offered are subject to change). Gift voucher bookings are subject to the Fare Rules of the airfare purchased. Link Airways gift vouchers are not redeemable for group travel of 10 or more passengers.
Can I combine a gift voucher with another form of payment when making a purchase?
Yes, if the air travel purchase price is greater than the value of your gift voucher, the difference may be paid with an additional valid form of payment. If the gift voucher recipient can’t spend the full balance in one go, they can use the remaining amount anywhere on the Link Airways network within 3 years of the original date of purchase. But be sure to note the expiration date!
How can I check my gift voucher expiry date and balance?
For expiry date and balance information please contact the Link Airways Call Centre. The expiry date (valid for 3 years from the date of purchase) cannot be extended. Any unused portion of the gift voucher after the expiry date is forfeited.
Can I get a refund for my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are not refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. It is the responsibility of the recipient to retain their gift voucher. Link Airways will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced gift vouchers.
