Check-in Times

We recommend you arrive at the airport early enough to allow you to complete check-in before the deadline as set out below:

Individual Passengers, Families, Small Groups. At least 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure time 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
Unaccompanied Minors, Medium to Large Groups / Tours, Passengers with Special Needs. At least 75 minutes prior to scheduled departure time 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time

Following completion of your check-in, we recommend you arrive at the boarding gate with a valid boarding pass, at least 25 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure time. If you fail to arrive at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes before departure you may forfeit your seat.

If you do not meet the Check-In Deadline set out above, or fail to arrive at the boarding gate (no show), we may (at our discretion):

  • cancel your reservation, refuse to carry you and/or to charge you a reasonable service fee. You may also forfeit your fare in accordance with any applicable Fare Rules;
  • cancel any onward bookings made with the same reservation and any fare paid will be forfeiting in accordance with the applicable Fare Rules.

Connecting flights

For passengers travelling on more than one flight on any day the following are the minimum recommended connection times:

  • 90 minutes between Link Airways and other domestic airlines; an
  • Two hours, 30 minutes between international flights (passengers however should check check-in times with their specific international airline).
