Link Airways has partnered with Virgin Australia to provide our passengers travelling on Flexible and Freedom fares complimentary lounge access:
- Enjoy spacious seating, delicious refreshments, beverages and a special selection of wine and beer.
- Eligible passengers must present a valid Link Airways boarding pass in order to gain admission.
- Eligible passengers are permitted access the lounge three (3) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of their flight.
- Infants under 2 years old who are travelling with an eligible passenger are admitted to the lounge free of charge.

Conditions
In order to qualify as a Link Airways eligible passenger you must produce a valid boarding pass in your name for a Flexible (Y/B) or Freedom (H/K) fare on a Link Airways flight departing from the airport where the lounge is located on the same day. Unless detailed to the contrary above, Link Airways eligible passenger access (Single Entry Guest) into a Virgin Australia Lounge is governed by the Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions and Lounge Use Terms which may change from time to time. This includes, without limitation, Virgin Australia’s right to restrict access to the Lounge as may be required due to space or other commercial or legal constraints, so long as, in refusing such access, Virgin Australia will not discriminate between its own passengers and Link Airways eligible passengers. Link Airways eligible passengers acknowledge and agree that there may be certain privileges and benefits beyond the use of basic lounge facilities that are afforded to Virgin Australia passengers and/or Velocity Frequent Flyer Members and/or holders of an access pass issued by Virgin Australia that are not afforded to Link Airways eligible passengers. Any Link Airways passenger who does not qualify as a 'eligible passenger' may purchase a Single Entry lounge pass at the lounge reception (subject to capacity being available at the time of entry). Note that there are no boarding calls made in some lounges so you will need to keep an eye on the time - we strongly recommend you monitor flight information screens and set an alarm on your phone.
